I’m annoyed with how this went. The replies were painfully slow, and when they finally did respond, they barely helped at all. It felt like they just brushed me off instead of actually trying to fix the problem. This is on them, and it made the whole experience really frustrating.

I’ve been using this for a while now and it’s been durable and reliable so far. my only regret is waiting as long as I did to get it. It’s held up well and hasn’t given me any issues yet

The remote does work, so not saying it’s a scam, but the buttons are kind of confusing and not very intuitive. It took me a bit to figure out what I was pressing, which got a little annoying

I ordered because the site clearly said it was in stock, but then my order got canceled afterward. Feels like the goalposts kept moving, first it’s available, then suddenly it’s not. Frustrating.

I bought this from USFanco, and the lights are way too dim. They made it seem like it would actually brighten up the room, but even on the highest setting it barely makes a difference. It’s frustrating when the product doesn’t live up to what was promised. Disappointed overall.

I barely hear it running, which is kind of the whole thing I was hoping for. I’ll be in the room doing other stuff and then realize it’s been on the entire time, just quietly doing its job in the background. No annoying hum or rattling or anything that makes you want to shut it off after a while. It’s just... there, working, and I appreciate that way more than I expected...

I ordered from usfanco and the shipping was faster than I expected. They sent the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up in good shape. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking sat for about a day with no update, and I kind of felt trapped just refreshing it and not knowing what was going on. But overall, it turned out fine and wasn’t a bad experience.

I ended up ordering from USFanco because they had a bunch of brands I was already looking at anyway. Why bounce around between five different websites when you can just check one place, right?

There were some names I recognized and a few I hadn’t heard of before, which was actually kind of nice. I found what I needed quickly, so what’s not to like?

I ordered this hoping it would finally work with my fan mount, but once again the holes didn’t line up at all. The listing really didn’t make it clear what setups it actually fits, so I ended up having to return it and start looking for another option. I’m tired of dealing with the same kind of issue over and over. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

My order from USFanco showed up in a box that looked like it had been tossed around the whole trip. The corners were smashed, the tape was coming loose, and there was hardly any packing material inside, which immediately made me worry about what kind of shape the item would be in.
The item was technically still in the box, but the whole thing just gave me a bad feeling. For what I paid, I expected the package to be handled or packed with a little more care. Even if nothing was obviously broken, the messy packaging really left a negative impression.

The fan runs quietly and uses way less power than I expected. Nice to see something actually do what it’s supposed to for once.

It works fine and I wouldn’t say it’s a bad purchase, but I was a little disappointed. The way it was described made it sound more solid and higher quality than it actually is. Some parts feel kind of cheap, and overall it’s just okay. Not terrible, but definitely more average than I expected

Had an issue with the warranty and support ended up taking care of it. I don’t remember all the details now, but the return part was easier than I expected, so that was a relief.

I got a fan from usfanco.com and it hooked up to my smart home setup easily. I’m using it with Alexa and the app, and so far I haven’t had any real problems. Not sure if it was just my setup or what, but it didn’t take much to get going. It’s just nice being able to turn the fan on without getting up.

I hopped on usfanco.com thinking I’d browse around and maybe find a few good options, but there just wasn’t much to look through. A couple of the categories either seemed bare or only had a handful of items, so I ended up clicking around without really finding what I was hoping for. It’s not a terrible site or anything, but the selection felt a bit limited and left me a little disappointed.

Bottom line: I’d say usfanco is okay if you find a decent deal. I ordered from them and the price was fair, though definitely not the cheapest I came across. The quality was decent for what I paid, so I’m not really upset about it, but I did walk away feeling like the overall value could’ve been a little better.

I gave it 4 stars because the fan were simple to put up, and the instructions made sense for the most part. It took me a little longer than I thought, mostly because I kept double-checking the wiring, but it wasn’t anything too difficult. All the parts fits together fine and I didn’t have to call anyone for help. I do wish the diagram was a little clearer, but overall it went smoothly.

I normally stick with my regular brand, so I was a little unsure about trying this one. But the color was close to the pictures, and overall the finish looked good. I did notice a few tiny marks if I looked closely, but nothing too distracting
